Job Purpose and Impact

The role can be based in any Cargill location in Europe.

The Senior Sales Coordinator will support sales process execution with new and existing customers to enable sales teams aligned with our commercial strategy. In this role, you will apply comprehensive and thorough knowledge of sales processes to support the customer relationships for large or strategic accounts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for the commercial organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Enable assigned sales team with key process execution and sales activation including, but not limited to, samples, quality assurance, pricing requests, customer agreements and ad hoc support
  • Act as a subject matter authority in the execution of sales processes for large or strategic accounts and solve routine problems to ensure we deliver on customer requirements
  • Support the sales manager on routine operational activities and develop strong customer relationships at various levels within the customer's organization
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales processes are successfully completed accurately
  • Monitor and ensure commercial data is accurate in our systems and administration tools
  • Create customized reports for customers and track customer requests for defined business or areas as needed
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • English Language Knowledge (B2 level minimum)
  • MS office Suite Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in similar or related roles with a complex customer base
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of any additional foreign languages is a plus
