Job Purpose and Impact

We are looking for a Processing Manager who will contribute to the Cargill Protein Asia & Euro R&D strategy in process area and be responsible for development of new technology  used for innovation within production. You will work together with the operation teams or external partners and have an impact on technology development, and may need explore Intellectual Property opportunities, coordination and administration. At this level, you will lead and manage a team, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Key Accountabilities

•    Direct a team in understanding vision and align performance and proficiency goals to meet business needs
•    Seek to improve the team's productivity, efficiency and a safe work environment
•    Lead team to meet research project timelines and ensure accurate data capture to maintain research excellence
•    Leads and gives to budget planning for work units or lab and ensures budget is met.
•    Ensure that critical tasks, best management practices, work instructions and procedures, audits, preventative maintenance, contractor checklists and Emergency Action Plans are kept up to date and see that training/documentation is performed.
•    Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
•    Other duties as assigned


•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
•    Demonstrate outward mindset
•    Ability to prioritize, multitask, adapt and be solution oriented
•    Advanced computer skills
•    Ability to build connections and apply influencing skills with a diverse array of both technical and non-technical people
•    Compelling and authentic communications skills both written and oral in local language and English
•    Demonstrate leadership experience in roles providing work direction and leading teams
•    Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
•    Other minimum qualifications may apply
•    Master's degree
•    Two years of supervisory experience
•    Experience from industry 
•    Develop and deliver multimode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
•    Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
•    Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
