Job Purpose and Impact

The Geographic Analytics Solution Lead will lead global solutions for the geographic information team, creating insights on monetizable business questions locally or globally using powerful geographic analytics that connect live, bottom up intelligence and create a competitive edge not possible from other ways. In this role, you will understand and agree on the key local and global business questions to be answered before deploying the solutions on data, technology, geographic analytics, models, people and culture in each region to solve businesses questions. You will lead, coach, orient, guide and advise the team to use, create and manage methodologies and complex models focusing on solving powerful and monetizable business questions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and execute a best in class solutions framework strategy based on the global geo analytics strategy.

  • Develop a team structure to deliver industry leading geographic analytics solutions across the businesses and regions.

  • Ensure that the geographic analytics solution framework message is heard and understood globally and regionally.

  • Drive towards innovation, speed, accuracy and communication of the solutions delivered to the businesses.

  • Develop the vision and focus of geographic analytics solutions by partnering with businesses leaders on the types of risk that will be taken.

  • Defines the end to end geographic analysis process and drives continuous improvement to advance the change for the specific region.

  • Define and oversee the implementation of new analysis approaches and methodologies.

  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in modeling, coding, data science and big data management

  • Solid experience with Geographic Analytics portfolio management

  • Solid related work experience

  • Advanced English or above

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree or other post-secondary degree

  • Experience as people manager

PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES

  • Working with senior and global leaders from traders, risk managers, and supply chain and customers experts across enterprise and in the market.

  • Create insights in an environment with incomplete information.
