Job Purpose and Impact
The CBS Global Performance Analyst Senior for Trade Execution will lead (a) performance analysis for insights and action, (b) data/metric/reporting production, and (c) data-driven culture maturity for the Trade Execution (TE) process. In this role, you will perform various activities including producing, analyzing, monitoring, optimizing process metrics and using data-backed hypotheses to propose, prioritize and advance performance initiatives and projects. You will play a significant role in achieving process excellency of the end-to-end business process by developing a strong process culture, optimized solutions and sustained execution.
Evaluate the performance of processes, services and outcomes and recommend performance improvement.
Build existing data assets and prepare data to meet specific reporting and analytics needs.
Build data solutions to enable automated and self service data consumption.
Model, design, develop, test and implement complex backend and front end structures to meet business visualization, reporting and analytics requirements.
Partner collaboratively with data engineers on complex infrastructure projects and advocate for and emphasize the business value of applications and offer mentorship and technical solutions to solve business problems.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Confirmed skills in building data, metric, reporting, and/or analytics solutions
Intermediate to Advanced technical skills/proficiency in either Power BI development and/or Celonis development.
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Strong knowledge and experience executing and/or measuring the Trade Execution process
Fluency in English
Experience in using Celonis for process mining, measuring and/or monitoring
Confirmed experience working with large data stores
Confirmed skills in querying relational databases with query language (ex: SQL)
