The “Accounting  & Reporting Analyst” will build and maintain our accounting policies and fiscal controls by using broad knowledge of accounting principles and practices to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the local financial statements and other accounting and financial activities for Argentina. You will prepare financial and risk reports and take appropriate actions to safeguard our organization's assets. In this role, you will be conducting complex accounting activities for Argentina, across business or multi-site group, building accurate financial documents, conducting analysis and managing and maintaining risk following established compliance requirements and policies.


  • Apply accounting techniques and standard practices to classify and record financial transactions and prepare financial reports
  • Ability to link with different areas across de organization (ie: Legal; CBS; Tax) and External Audits to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Maintain updated on local regulation and communicate the impact at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Coordinate accounting processes to evaluate and analyze financial statement and provide them to the leaderships.  
  • Partner with the Controls and Process Improvement Accounting and Finance teams to craft and implement controlled processes.
  • Assess and communicate information regarding business risks with functions across the organization.
  • Estimate the potential financial consequences of an occurring loss.
  • Identify and implement process simplification, standardization and automatization of financial and risk reporting to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Confirmed ability to identify and assess risk.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and build trust with partners at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Sophisticated financial analysis skills
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Knowledge and experience in local GAAP for Argentina
  • English Advanced Level 
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply


  • Public Accountant
  • Experience in External or  Internal Audit

  • Experience identifying and managing risk.
