Job Purpose and Impact
The Regional Commissioning & StartUp Hub Manager, Regional Operations User Hub Manager, will manage a team of regional commissioning, start-up & operations resources for build projects. In this role you will be focused on results, projects, processes & procedures related to commissioning, start-up, & sustainable operations once projects complete. You will ensure accurate performance measurements, identification of improvements and developments regarding optimization & efficiencies.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver technical and engineering support to a domain area required for standard operations as well as project engineering oversight.
- Provide guidance to complex operations, implementing solutions to improve operator reliability.
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of capital planning processes for base and non-base capital projects.
- Participate and provide input to cross functional teams to implement tools and methodologies that will enable best practices.
- Coordinate the development of the most effective approaches to identify, monitor and implement continuous improvement practices.
- Implement accountability measures, reporting mechanisms and corporate benchmark metrics to enforce effective utilization and integrity of automated tools and systems.
- Lead and develop a team, coach, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to local construction sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a multi-site environment
- Experience working in multiple functions
- Experience working on business related growth capital projects
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in performing analytical problem solving
- Experience in coordination & implementation of process improvements, balancing multiple priorities to achieve results
Position Information
- Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
- This position is located in Blair, Nebraska but also you can work from Fort Dodge, Iowa; Eddyville, Iowa; Dayton, Ohio or Hammond, Indiana.
