Job Purpose and Impact

The Workplace Computing Product Analyst will analyze business and technical processes to develop new and modified client technologies for the businesses globally. We seek a professional who will participate in developing, maintaining and establishing operational specifications for systems, considering information flow, configuration setup, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate partnering and cross-functional collaboration across our information technology teams for a small subset of the organization.
  • Contribute to performing and executing the purchase, design, installation, configuration and maintenance of operating system equipment and software.
  • Collaborate with enterprise structure to implement short- and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Work with enterprise architecture to execute on existing technology architecture and systems solutions.
  • Ensure environment dashboards for each product area are developed and maintain to properly represent position and performance.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Work with regional service delivery and partners to drive projects to completion managing budget, timelines and scope with the teams.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience
  • Experience leading technology or deployment projects.
  • Experience in developing analytical reports and data.
  • Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with diverse group of individuals globally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
