Job Purpose and Impact

The Digital Service Delivery Advisor will provide direction on the delivery of information technology service operations, which primarily consists of overseeing the performance of internal and external service providers. In this role, you will also provide expert knowledge of information technology practices and standards to build strategic partnerships with the businesses as well as internal information technology platform teams. By understanding business requirements, you will continuously improve the effectiveness of end to end information technology services inclusive of applications, infrastructure and security components.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide expert thought leadership on service strategies across infrastructure, applications and security offerings.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with our internal business clients to establish goals and ensure demand needs are incorporated into service plans.
  • Ensure information technology service operations with internal and external service providers is delivered against targets and contractual obligations.
  • Lead operating reviews with service providers inclusive of continuous improvement.
  • Be a point of contact for major service issue escalation and crisis management response.
  • Lead and influence strategic business investments in applications and infrastructure that build additional business capability or enable more efficient technology operations.
  • Consult on mergers, acquisitions and divestiture planning to ensure technology solutions are properly assessed.
  • Drive Client focused support strategies, handling multiple stakeholders and complex cross team dependencies.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Over all 15+yrs of experience. 6+yrs in Service delivery.
  • Knowledge and experience working on multiple digital domains/platforms: e-Commerce, CRM, customer portals, digital marketing, social media, WeChat solutions, strategic pricing, RPA etc.
  • Experience working with digital technologies and solutions like AEM, SFDC, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Over all 15+yrs of experience. 6+yrs as Service delivery manager.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture, AWS Cloud and Java full-stack technical components
  • Familiar with Agile/Product methodology and tools
  • Certifications in ITIL or PMP
  • North Asia work experience
