Job Purpose and Impact

The Invoice to Pay Senior Team Manager will lead all aspects of the procure to pay team that pays supplier invoices and processes traveler expense reports. In this role, you will guide a team that resolves invoice discrepancies to ensure timely payment of invoices, resolves supplier invoice inquiries and collaborates with outsourcing partners.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage Operational performance
  • Supports the [ITP] Team Managers in their daily operations
  • Ensure smooth migrations identify potential process risks, establish mitigation/control plans, and monitor the impact.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor operations performance on agreed upon SLAs and key metrics. 
  • Focus on driving quality with a view towards robust performance management, stakeholder feedback and active metrics management.
  • Lead through transitions and increase organizational performance – driving and embedding many competing initiatives
  • Directly Manage and Coach Team Managers and their teams depending on scope and complexity.
  • Monitor and communicate Finance operational results in a timely and effective manner through the monthly performance dashboard..
  • Drive Process Improvement Strategy
  • Partner and align with the GPO process strategy by closely working with the ITP GPM , PRTP Country service owners ,CSSP, CTL.
  • Coordinates and assists the SAP deployments and JDE migration work for the PRTP processes.  Collaborates with the [ITP] SME, Super Users and BU’s to facilitate SAP/JDE training and readiness. 
  • Act as a ITP subject matter expert and support the teams with continuous improvement projects.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in [Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.]
  • 15+ years of experience in finance operations work with deep expertise in [ITP] / AP and related processes.
  • 10+ years of people management experience & over 3 to 5 years of People Manager’s management experience
  • A Continuous Improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and highly adept at building resiliency within them.
  • Possess a strong supplier service acumen.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, problem solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s in Business Administration.
  • Managed stakeholders in EMEA regions with extensive experience working in a diversified industry environment.
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Environment
  • Managed 60+ people across the full spectrum of Finance and Accounting with a strong bent towards [ITP].
