Job Purpose and Impact

This role is responsible for leadership of a operations team covering an[Credit to Cash] subprocess.The main process  covers Credit Management, Collections, Disputes, Cash Applications, Invoicing & billing  & other ME Specific activities. This role involves working with Tower Lead, the Continuous Improvement team, Cargill business partners.The position requires deep technical  knowledge of the Credit to Cash process, the ability to lead and develop a team, overseeing decision-making ,influence and drive change together with stakeholders, monitor and review KPIs and metrics.

Key Accountabilities

Manage Operational performance 

  • Supports the [CTC] Team Managers in their daily operations
  • Ensure smooth migrations identify potential process risks, establish mitigation/control plans, and monitor the impact.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor operations performance on agreed upon SLAs and key metrics.  
  • Focus on driving quality with a view towards robust performance management, stakeholder feedback and active metrics management.
  • Lead through transitions and increase organizational performance – driving and embedding many competing initiatives

People and Stakeholder Management

  • Directly Manage and Coach Team Managers and their teams depending on scope and complexity.
  • Accountable for performance management, talent development and succession planning
  • Provide coaching/mentoring and train employees on Cargill’s Leadership Model (CLM) behaviors and safety.
  • Coordinate activities of team members engaged in processes and sub-processes to deliver on the [CTC] function.
  • Partner and align with the GPO process strategy by closely working with the CTC GPM , Operational excellence , Finance Transformation office & BOSC.
  • Coordinates and assists the ERP deployments and JDE migration work for CTC processes.  Collaborates with the [CTC] SME, Super Users and BU’s to facilitate SAP/JDE training and readiness. 


Minimum Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in [Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.]
  • 15+ years of experience in finance operations work with deep expertise in [CTC] / AR and related processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and highly adept at building resiliency within them.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, problem solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master’s in Business Administration.
  • Managed stakeholders in regions with extensive experience working in a diversified industry environment.
  • Managed 60+ people across the full spectrum of Finance and Accounting with a strong bent towards [CTC].
