Job Purpose and Impact

• Spending visibility and Control, Category (Third Party/Mineral/Medicated Additives) Management by optimised value capture
• Supplier management through sourcing and audit to support our Feed Additives/Premix strategy 

Key Accountabilities

• Third Party Supplier Selection and Management
• Supplier Management                                                                                        
• Costing analysis and providing inputs for Cost Into Pricing
• Study positioning & pricing movement of Competitor                   
• Minimize logistic cost
• Vendor development and Audit, ISO/Fami QS Audits                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Qualifications

• MBA from reputed institute
• Minimum experience of 8 - 10 Years
• Minimum experience of 5 Year in Micro sourcing
• Vendor Development
• Having Strong Negotiation skills
• Exposure on strategic buying and long term contract
• Position and Quality Risk Management
• Having prior experience in handling Third party ,Minerals and Pharma Ingredients
