Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Copy writer will translate marketing and communications messages into creative copy for multiple channels including advertising, social media, emails, websites, promotions and videos and play a pivotal role in creating high impact global content. In this role, you will develop and refine concepts that support marketing and communications goals. You will execute creative work with clarity and reflects our brand strategy and tone of voice, crafting stories across digital, video, multimedia and print deliverables for marketing and communications, collaborating with stakeholders to solicit input, respond to and integrate feedback and manage and track schedules and production milestones mapped to the overall product and content releases.

Key Accountabilities

    • Collaborate with creative team members and business partners to develop multiple campaigns for the assigned products or projects, contributing innovative ideas appropriate to the client’s marketing strategy from concept development to final product delivery.
    • Produce written copy (short and long form) for creative work including design and scriptwriting for the assigned projects.
    • Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, conducting online searches, reviewing existing research, interviewing subject matter experts, and presenting in-person meetings.
    • Translate brand strategy into powerful copy and stories that drive a desired action and demonstrate a thorough understanding of strategy.
    • Monitor and stay informed on visual or written content production and delivery trends to be able to offer partners and team members innovative advice and solutions from industry examples and experience.
    • Develop visual or writing standards as subject matter expert and provide coaching to teams as needed.
    • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Expertise with word processing applications
    • Proven ability to concept and design compelling solutions that align with overall creative strategy
    • Minimum of four years of related work experience
    • Other minimum qualifications may apply


    • Proven, hands on experience creating exceptional brand experiences
    • Experience writing scripts, dialogue, taglines and storyboards for video projects
