Job Purpose and Impact

The Marketing Specialist (Feed & Nutrition), will support the use specific marketing strategies and media to launch and position products and services in a sector. In this role, you will help coordinate market plans and launch programs to create demand and maximize sales of a specific product, product line or product area.

Key Accountabilities

• Help plan, create and produce marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives for our Feed & Nutrition business.
• Help produce informational material for the sales force and communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects.
• Participate in the evaluation, modification and execution of Marketing Campaigns for brands.
• Collaborate constantly with customers and commercial, using relevant marketing tools to understand the need of the market and design/propose solution to drive business growth
• Help gather, analyze market trends, monitor market conditions, competitors, etc. to project business demand and plan product development strategies and launch timing.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in marketing industry who will help gather, analyze and translate consumer and market insight into strategies.
• Prefer professional from FMCG OR Animal nutrition industry.
