Job Purpose and Impact

The Performance Analyst will lead metric production, inventory management and performance analysis across the center of excellence or geographic region. In this role, you will perform various functions including monitoring, optimizing, handling the performance of metrics within your assigned area and using data backed hypothesis to propose, prioritize and advance performance initiatives and projects. You will play a significant role in achieving process excellency of the end to end business process by developing a strong process culture, optimized solutions and sustained execution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead performance analysis for the assigned area in partnership with process and operations leadership to identify the top opportunities for improvement and track progress and impact on future results.
  • Lead metric production and optimization for assigned area.
  • Create easy to use reports and visualization dashboards using advanced techniques and adhering to design standards for defined audiences and usage.
  • Partner with leadership and the team to lead the implementation of the core set of performance metrics needed to measure performance.
  • Oversee and mature performance management frameworks, processes and templates.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Expertise with spreadsheet application and programming within those applications
  • Design and development experience with reporting tools and applications
  • Experience in extracting data from relational database engines and other applications
  • Experience with web and scripting tools
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Knowledge with data visualization tools 
  • Working knowledge with Power BI 
  • Advanced english level 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Enterprise resource planning experience with expertise in process areas and medium to high rigor projects
  • Experience providing breakthrough insights on business process improvement resulting in quantifiable process improvement and financial benefit to the organization
  • Knowledge on Invoice to Pay or Cargill Transportation & Logistics or HR metrics
