Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategy Analyst will apply analytical and communication skills to work alongside Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain EMEA Group to develop strategy and key projects for its Grains, Oilseeds and Biodiesel Product Lines. In this role, you will be a key member of the strategy team, offering consulting and project management experience to support the Group strategy, projects and corporate development practice.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with CASC EMEA Group Strategy Lead, Financial, Planning and Analysis (FPA) team and Product Lines Directors to complete strategy projects through qualitative and quantitative data analysis, testing hypotheses, risks assessment and modeling
  • Prepare strategic projects recommendation documents using well developed communication skills, to guide business leaders and participate to key processes such as project reviews or business plan
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience participating in team problem solving, managing workstreams and understanding the basics of stakeholder management
  • Experience leveraging both written and oral communication to convey complex messages in a simple way
  • Experience using data and logic to break down problems and provide recommendations
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience

  • Experience supporting international projects and working with teams with various cultures.
