Territory Manager

Job Purpose and Impact
The Territory Manager will focus on selling products, services and solutions through intermediaries such as distributors and resellers. In this role, you will nurture the relationship with the channel partners and distributors, implement the company's sales and marketing activities and represent the organization to promote and sell the organization's products and services.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with organizations, providing products, services and solutions.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations, and presentations to channel partners and distributors.
- Promote and sell products and services to individuals or other organizations.
- Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
- Support business growth by disseminating favorable information of the organization and its products and services.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver’s Licence in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience.
- Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Canola grain and seed.
- Basic understanding of IP production contracting systems.
- Canola trailing experience.
- Familiarity with canola industry.
