Job Purpose and Impact

The Training and Business Engagement Coordinator will align communications and change efforts conducted with internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will support the achievement of project objectives including scope, schedule and quality to help ensure successful deployment of the new systems, processes and enhancements. You will organize communications, stakeholder management materials and education activities. 

Cargill (Biodindustrial) has entered into an agreement to acquire Croda’s industrial business, a global leader in high performance and bio-based specialty additives. Cargill will welcome a global business with production facilities throughout Europe and Asia, thousands of new products to add to its portfolio and nearly 1,000 employees in 21 countries, doubling our current CBI employee base. The acquisition is Cargill Bioindustrial’s largest yet and a major milestone in CBI’s growth journey and a sign of Cargill’s dedication to grow in the Bioindustrial space.  

Cargill BioIndustrial needs a Change Management Specialist to support the significant changes that our business will undertake to integrate people, processes and data on our ERP, SAP TC2.  The Change Management Specialist role plays a pivotal role through all phases in the SAP integration in alignment of the system and processes to the people in the future organization structure for BioIndustrial. The ability to develop an understanding of interdependencies across Process Areas and translating the impacts for senior leaders is a critical skill for success in this role. 

The Training and Business Engagement Coordinator is responsible to deliver on key Change & Communication deliverables aligned with milestones in each phase of the SAP Transformation project and partners with the Performance Technologies Business Project Team members and CCE counterparts in IT.  

The Change Management Specialist will report into the Global Business CCE Lead and work with the Global IT (GIT) CCE team (as Support) and the Business Implementation Manager (as Approve) to support Change & Communication activities for the SAP integration Project and execute on activities in the defined work plan.

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute key change activities, including stakeholder identification, action plans, change discussions, validating change impacts and role mapping activities. 
  • Develop and support coordination with Process Implementation Leads the Change Impact Action Planning and Discussion guides for Business and Functional Areas.
  • Create and execute communications plan to prepare, adapt and distribute internal and external deployment related communications with support and approval from the change manager. 
  • Support and execute key stakeholder activities to coordinate and lead engagement during deployment phases and enablement efforts. 
  • Collaborate on education delivery, training schedules, logistics, trainer availability and the measurement of training effectiveness. 
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 - 10 years of change management experience.
  • Change management certification is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise of (ERP) organizational change management.
  • Solid writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with implementation of global ERP business transformations in a multi-cultural setting and fast-paced project environments.
  • Experience with participating in a (global) (project) team, within in the team executing the communication & change in the business transformation.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing.
