Job Purpose and Impact

We seek a Process Implementation Lead who will lead and provide direction to managers, professionals and indirect staff that will analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems. In this role, you will lead, advise and make decisions to help our team provide process  expertise to identify, evaluate and implement SAP ERP systems and procedures within our Trading & Merchandising process areas.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee general workforce administration policies and programs.
  • Lead and monitor the use of existing solution versions ensuring team is driving, advocating and guiding the use of existing solutions.
  • Approve and assess more complex business model design plans for development.
  • Act as tactical leader throughout a moderate subset of the organization to ensure the processes and systems support the business.
  • Integrate more complex process areas, including data, education and security across a moderate subset of the organization.
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of leading project work in large scale projects management and change management initiatives
  • Experience with ERP
  • Working process knowledge of trading and merchandising processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three years of supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, facilitate, and communicate with individuals across a broad range of education, experience, and functional spectrums
  • Strong analytical skills; capable of breaking down complex issues and identifying key drivers; can identify cross process upstream and downstream impacts
  • Broad knowledge in change management and delivering results on assigned objectives
  • Experience working in SAP deployment
