Job Purpose and Impact

The Global Employer Brand and Talent Attraction Lead will shape, execute, refresh, and evolve Cargill’s Global EVP (Employer Value Proposition) and employer brand strategy to increase our brand awareness and familiarity across the globe.  In this role, you will drive Global Employer Brand strategies with cross functional colleagues in a global, matrixed organization with a dedicated focus on our key talent segments and geographical locations.  You will define the overarching Cargill talent brand architecture including governance and structure that facilitates execution across a large multinational.  You will develop and deliver a holistic and cohesive employer brand strategy with clear KPIs tied to hiring priorities to fuel our operational and strategic growth objectives.  You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and will bring strong candidate insights expertise to light and will ensure the Global EVP is understood and embraced internally as well as externally.   

This position can be based out of any of Cargill's EMEA or North America locations on a full time or hybrid basis. Fully remote also considered.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deep experience designing, building, and evolving employer brand strategies and its full end to end socialization and execution.  
  • Proven experience with content and web measurement, analytics, and ability to translate insights into actions.   
  • Expertise developing and driving a cohesive social media strategy to support the recruiting efforts across our 70+ countries in which we operate.   
  • Develop and execute employer branding and digital campaigns and translate complex business topics into multifaceted, simplified, and impactful content with strong storytelling proof points. 
  • Collaborate with Global Brand, Global Communications, DEI, TA, Global Business HR, Talent COE, Total Rewards, and various business stakeholders across the global enterprises as we seek to increase brand awareness across key talent markets and segments. 
  • You collaborate closely with the talent acquisition leadership and regional employer branding managers on our overall strategy. 
  • Create an overarching talent brand dashboard with success measures and KPI’s to track our global employer brand health with ability to turn insights into actions to move the needle where its needed most to achieve organizational goals. 
  • Defining and creating talent propositions and personas for critical hiring needs and partnering with our Employer Brand Agency to activate campaigns on social and digital media. 
  • Other duties as assigned 



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 
  • Deep project management experience:  breaking down complex projects into individual milestones, work towards tough deadlines, adapt to ongoing change and deliver high quality results  
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience 


  • Strong business knowledge with a proven ability to use insights, influence, and collaboration with multiple business stakeholders to drive our talent attraction and growth strategy. 
  • Comfort developing strategy and rolling up sleeves to execute. 
  • Minimum ten years of essential employer brand or similar related work experience 
  • Experience working in a globally matrixed, highly complex company with responsibility across multiple regions. 
  • Four years of supervisory experience
