Job Purpose and Impact

The Equity Specialist will support the administration of the company's stock and long term incentives programs. In this role, you will ensure compliance with required regulations and long term incentive plan provisions. You will serve as a domain specialist processing transactions for our global workforce including granting, exercises and releases, redemptions and terminations. You will apply principles, concepts and standards using full knowledge of industry practices.

Key Accountabilities

• Periodically validate the accuracy of database information, employee indicative data, retirement eligibility dates, global tax withholding rates, and similar information to accurately guide long term incentive and equity plans.
• Accurately administer company stock and long term incentive programs.
• Respond to participant inquiries and provide support as needed.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work effectively in a confidential environment
• Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient using spreadsheet and word processing applications or other similar technologies
• Experience with Macros 
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to work with high attention to detail
