Sales Professional
Job Purpose and Impact
Sales Professional will participate in face to face and remote selling to the company's new and existing customers, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels. In this role, you will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive product sales in the assigned region.
- Deliver Cargill’s animal nutrition technologies and unique value propositions to customers.
- Build, manage, and develop the sales organization within the designated area.
- Support the development of livestock product brands and provide professional consulting to enhance farm competitiveness.
- Conduct training programs for customers, dealers, and service partners.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of five years of related work experience in sales and marketing within the livestock or feed industry
- Willingness to work in regional location
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine
WORD LOCATION
- Cargill Agri Purina Sales Division (Nationwide, South Korea)
*Final location will be determined after training.
