Associate - Spanish Language Expert
Job Purpose and Impact
The Associate will perform a variety of support tasks in our Credit to Cash department. In this role, you will be responsible to apply the cash received from the customer against the remittance advise, responsible to work on unallocated payments from the customer, co-ordinate with the internal teams and customer’s for remittance advise. Responsible to carry out Month end activities by Co-ordinating with various internal teams.
Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
Key Accountabilities
- Downloading of Bank statements on daily basis.
- Applying all the payments received from the customer.
- Resolving queries received for cash application process.
- Monitoring unapplied/ unallocated receipts.
- Responsible to carry out Month end activities by coordinating with various internal teams.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial business transactions.
- Compile data and prepare, review, and audit a variety of reports.
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Spanish Language proficiency is mandatory
