Job Purpose and Impact
The Market Analyst will support the business to achieve strategic growth targets. In this role, you will perform significant complex and varied analysis to identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales and distribution channels, pricing and new product development strategies and lead mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture projects for the defined areas.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop market insights and translate to gameboard game plan by the analysis of market demand and trends for defined regions or areas, establishment of competitive landscape and identification of strategic partnerships and development of actionable strategic and commercial insights.
- Participate in project game board process including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture transactions to ensure/communicate alignment with business strategy.
- Conduct market mapping, target analysis (including supporting due diligence) and business case development
- Lead, identify and resolve obstacles to complete project on time and budget to include the project plan, business metrics to measure through projects stages, risk and issue management and ensure project objective are met.
- You will work under minimal supervision and independently handle complex issues while referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Confirmed analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and a strong process mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Experience leading, coaching, and encouraging feedback from a cross-functional team of individuals
- Experienced in portfolio and project management.
- Experienced in leading a cross-functional team of individuals through coaching and feedback.
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Seven years and above experience in commercial or business development.
- Strategic Marking and Financial analysis
- Strategy development and communication
- Gameboard target cultivation
