Job Purpose and Impact
The role is based in EMEA, tied to a main office Cargill location with preference for Schiphol (NL), Hainaut (BEL), Haubourdin (FRA), Wroclaw (POL) or Sofia (BUL). The EMEA Buyer Parts and Equipment will support multiple country or multiple business sourcing activities with a strong focus on maintenance, repair, and operations parts (MRO parts). In this role, you will execute complex procurement tasks to provide inputs to the global MRO category team.
We have a hybrid work model - 2 days a week in the office.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute medium and highly complex sourcing events.
- Drive the implementation of regional sourcing decisions and provide support with the implementation of global sourcing decisions.
- Provide inputs to the global category team for category strategy development and execution.
- Provide comprehensive understanding of regional stakeholder and procurement landscape.
- Monitor performance of regional suppliers.
- Create and drive stakeholder relationships.
- Follow established procedures to select suppliers for procurement of noncontracted materials, goods, services and supplies.
- Proactivity to solve moderate or complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate level.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Excellent English language
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of maintenance, repair, and operations parts (MRO parts) and their subcategories
- Minimum of two years of experience in buying organization or procurement experience, preferably in MRO
- Experience working with SAP and/or Maximo
- Advanced Excell skills
- Understanding of procurement contracts and processes
- Second European language is a plus
- International working environment and industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude
