This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Service Representative will administer complex customer facing order management, contract book planning and logistics/scheduling activities. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily and monthly load-out plan of a production facility, the optimization of customer contract books and deliveries, tackling any logistics challenges, complaints, invoicing issues, as well as supporting our commercial team in delivering key customer service strategies.
Key Accountabilities
Daily and Monthly load-out planning and problem solving
Receive and process complex customer orders and change requests across multiple platforms following standard procedures.
Coordinate logistics/scheduling activities with all relevant stakeholders such as planners, production facilities, third party storage locations, trucking or barging companies, surveyors, etc…
Preparation activities for product/switches in accordance with contract book and commercial
Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
Inform customers about their order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete an order.
Process standard document requests and some ad hoc requests of higher complexity from customers and confirm final shipping and quality documentation and specifications to customer.
Escalate undocumented issues that are not commonly defined or known to higher level staff.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve the order management processes to improve internal KPIs
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Fluent English
Advanced Excel Skills
Relevant work experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with email, spreadsheet and word processing applications
Data analysis
Fluent Dutch is a plus
SAP (ACM), Savigent, Service Cloud (Salesforce) knowledge a plus
International trade/shipping experience
Excellent Problem-Solving skills to make good and timely decisions in a fast changing environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong stakeholder management abilities
High agility and accountability
