Production Recruiter (Volume Hiring)
Job Purpose and Impact
The Production Recruiter will apply basic human resources solutions knowledge to assist in the delivery of employee experience services such as the volume hiring for blue-collar plant positions, onboarding and assimilation. In this role, you will provide relevant and effective consulting services to internal stakeholders to ensure valuable solutions are adapted to the complexity of the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct end to end volume recruitment - from sourcing, interview, final interview endorsement, job offer and pre-employment discussion of blue-collar positions.
- Monitor pre-employment medical results and pre-employment requirements submission.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
- Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements by collaborating with legal resources or external consultants to interpret and implement moderately complex policies.
- Assist to execute the design and delivery of human resources services, operations, solutions training and education sessions for various internal stakeholders.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- With at least two (2) years experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing plant environment.
- With background in handling volume hiring blue-collar positions in a manufacturing plant, and local recruitment activity in partnership with different PESO Offices.
- Willing to be assigned in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
