Job Purpose and Impact

The Procurement Anchor executes procurement work processes for multiple procurement categories and locations, including the procurement process transaction. In this role, you will solve moderately complex technical and customer support issues.

After an onboarding there will be an option for work remote (for example 1/ 2 per week from home). 


The offer applies to employment for 2 years with the possibility of extension.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support procurement transactions ensuring completion of the ordering process in accordance with strategic procurement strategies and policies
  • Setting requirements in the areas of maintenance, project, production and utilities
  • Organizing various small tasks in the administrative areas
  • Tracking of orders generated, deliveries up to the payment of invoices
  • Provide end-user support and ensure material delivery as per plant requirements
  • Perform basic administrative or clerical duties in support of improvement projects
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision and escalate more complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Fluent German language 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning application experience
  • Experience working in shared service operations
  • 1 year experience with procurement or invoice to pay processes
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, Maximo and JDE
  • Foreign languages: English level B1 would be an advantage 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
