Job Purpose and Impact

The Sourcing Analyst I, will perform basic analytics and market intelligence activities for the organization. In this role, you will assist the team to research data, market information and trends. You will create and maintain modeling tools and systems and help analyze data and interpret and execute strategies and learn best practices.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct routine research using readily available internal and external data sources.
• Compile, validate, organize, and update data for existing analytical modeling tools and systems to help develop strategies.
• With frequent oversight, conduct analysis requiring a basic understanding of data management and analytics data design principles, concepts and practices.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned
