Principal Accountabilities 

  • Duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Setup, changeover, and teardown of machines
  • Read run sheets and utilize machines to produce product to customer specifications
  • Accurately record machine efficiency and up time.
  • Communicate with production employees, leads, and supervisors.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Accurately complete other Formax related paperwork
  • Ensuring food safety and quality
  • Cleanliness and housekeeping
  • Set-up of equipment/work station
  • Be able to operate a pallet-jack
  • Be able to learn and perform LOTO 


Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Be able to speak/read/write English
  • Most be able to lift 60lbs or more
  • Basic math skills with calculator
  • Ability to work in a cold environment, and the ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment
  • Must be able to work weekends/holidays


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous forklift experience
