End to End Project Manager

Job Purpose and Impact
The End to End Project Manager will plan, oversee and lead projects from ideation through to completion. You will serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. In this role you will provide strategic vision and review the project proposal to resolve time frame and/or budget restrictions and adhere to standard procedures for accomplishing the project. As project manager you will be accountable for your team’s achievement of project objectives (scope, schedule & cost). This role can be based from any Cargill location in Western Europe.
Key Accountabilities
- Understand & adhere to Cargill's Process Governance Model and Portfolio & Project Management standards (PPM)
- Adopt Cargill’s gated Project Delivery Process (PDP) to coordinate and deliver projects in the portfolio and ensure consistent and effective execution
- Support the application of Business Process Modelling (BPM) tools and methodologies
- Organize, lead and motivate your project team. Select the right resources, provide relevant subject matter expertise & assign individual responsibilities
- Set clear scope, goals and objectives for your project or phase. Define the work required to complete the project successfully
- Develop project schedule and carry out planning in line with needs of your customers
- Together with key stakeholders (from Build team / Manufacturing Technology / Finance ) plan, estimate, budget and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget.
- Develop and manage sponsorship, communication planning, creating awareness, involving stakeholders to increase buy-in and building change capability to increase adaptability and ability to manage future changes effectively.
- Ensure proper documentation of your project throughout the entire PDP process (from creation to long term archiving). Document management includes version management, search information and document locations.
- Identify, control and eliminate risks and resolve obstacles to ensure timely delivery of project and on budget
- Monitor and report regularly to management on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing (minimally at Gate reviews of PDP process).
- Close the project - this includes evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Experience with program & process methodologies
- Up to 50% mobility
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Strong customer focus mindset
- Experience in a manufacturing/operational environment, preferably food industry or FMCG
- Time management, planning & organization skills
- Critical thinking and project management skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal, written & visual)
- Ability to adapt to changes in priorities, scope & working environment
- Fluent in English – French is an asset
