Digital Technology Associate Director - Trading & ERP Capabilities CASC APAC
Job Purpose and Impact
The Digital Technology Associate Director will provide leadership and guidance across technology and business capabilities to build and enhance modern business application for the CASC APAC business in Trading and ERP area. In this role, you will lead, advise and make decisions on information technology activities for a medium team, with a medium portfolio of solutions and services. You will lead and provide direction to professionals and indirect staff, for processes, data and solutions. You will be a strategic advisor to one of our sub-region business leadership and provide thought leadership on how technology can evolve and transform the business and the services delivered to our customers and consumers.
Key Accountabilities
- Create/ enhance a technical strategy about trading and ERP capability and aligns to CASC APAC business strategy that promotes the best value delivery opportunities.
- Act as a single point of contact and be part of the Extended Leadership team in one of our sub-region businesses to make sure the technical strategy put in place and align with the business strategy, support the business to do the right prioritization.
- Perform Portfolio and Financial stewardship, including rationalizing the application footprint within the portfolio, ensuring value creation, while managing the digital investment across the products and application spend.
- Provide tactical leadership and input to govern and monitor integration across processes, technology and data for all solutions.
- Provide tactical leadership and input to develop the global information technology strategy for a limited subset of the organization.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Preferably with 10 years of related working experience
- Proven background in technical people management (direct and indirect reports) - international team at different locations across the Globe
- Experienced with financial management and budget management
- Ability to identify, clarify and promote the best value-delivering opportunities for technology investments and ensure that promised value is delivered.
- Experience with Portfolio Management and the ability to act as a strategic advisor to business leadership to guide investment decisions.
- Ability to work in a highly matrix and global teams.
- Trading and ERP knowledge will be a plus.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa speaking is added advantage.
