Job Purpose and Impact

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will develop, implement and sustain process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will conduct continuous improvement activities with medium project cost and risk and activities with less defined processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • You are responsible for all CI activities at site and will implement the central standards & best pratice
  • Identification of new CI projects based on data analysis to stabilize production and improve processes
  • You put together teams for identified projects and lead them over the entire project period
  • Introduction of a CI culture through the use and training of all employees in the well-known CI tools
  • You set and track metrics to make goals measurable and communicate success to the management team

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Lean Six Signa Green Belt Certification/Black Belt Candidate
  • Experience in the field of continuous improvement in the industry
  • You communicate strongly and efficiently, lead training courses and projects and stand up for your convictions
