Responsabilidades Principales
- Ejecutar labores de producción en el área de mezclado.
- Respetar y hacer respetar las reglas de seguridad e higiene, tareas críticas, y políticas de seguridad alimentaria en el área de mezclado.
- Usar apropiadamente el equipo de protección personal.
- Ejecutar las labores del área de producción que se le asigne.
- Llenar correctamente todos los reportes necesarios, en caso de cualquier desviación de proceso o calidad deberá reportar inmediatamente a su supervisor para generar las acciones correctivas y documentarlas.
- Cuidar y mantener en condiciones óptimas el equipo e instalaciones.
- Mantener su área de trabajo bajo los estándares establecidos de orden y limpieza.
- Asistir a los programas de capacitación y entrenamiento a los que sea requerido.
Calificaciones Mínimas:
• Mayor de 18 años.
• Escolaridad secundaria completa.
• Capacidad de leer y escribir en español sin dificultad.
• Capacidad de realizar tareas físicas como flexionarse, subir y bajar gradas, arrodillarse, agacharse o hacer torsión de forma segura, con o sin adaptación razonable.
• Capacidad de levantar hasta 25 kilos con o sin ajustes razonable.
• Capacidad de trabajar en diferentes ambientes donde se puede presentar: ruido, polvo, químicos, entre otros. Con el uso del Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP).
• Capacidad de trabajar en diversas condiciones interiores y exteriores que puedan incluir calor.
• Capacidad de trabajar horas extra, incluidos fines de semana, feriados o turnos diferentes, con aviso previo.
• Capacidad de operar de maquinaria o equipo industrial con o sin ajustes razonables.
Calificaciones Preferibles:
• Poseer experiencia trabajando en un entorno de producción o planta.
• Capacidad de trabajar en áreas o espacios elevados (1,20mts o más).
• Certificación en manejo de montacargas o DC3.
