Principal Accountabalities 

•    Apply paint to both interior and exterior building surfaces and structures
•    Carry out structural repairs on floors, walls, and ceilings as needed
•    Diagnose and fix plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages
•    Perform routine electrical maintenance and minor repairs
•    Paint rooftop piping as required
•    Patch holes and restore damaged walls and other surfaces
•    Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and operational
•    Follow all safety guidelines and regulations consistently

Required Qualifications

•    Demonstrated experience in general maintenance and repair work, ideally within commercial or industrial environments
•    Solid understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve related issues
•    Skilled in painting methods, including proper surface preparation techniques
•    Capable of performing structural repairs on floors, walls, and ceilings
•    Familiarity with pipe painting and routine maintenance tasks on rooftops
•    Physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy items and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

•    Basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to carry out minor electrical repairs
