Job Purpose and Impact

The Cattle Procurement Clerk will perform a variety of support tasks in one of the accounting departments. In this role, you will support the accounting team of the company and conduct tasks using standard procedures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial business transactions.
  • Provide customer service to internal clients, suppliers and customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our records information management policies and best practices.
  • Enter data or use technology tools to upload data into the computer system using defined computer programs.
  • Compile data and prepare, review, and audit a variety of reports.
  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Location: Fort Morgan, CO 

The expected salary for this position is approximately $47k. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Qualifications


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Data entry with high accuracy 
  • Technical knowledge; 10 key proficient, computer skills including MS Excel. Word, Outlook 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
