Job Purpose and Impact

The IT Administrative Supervisor will oversee IT administrative employees to ensure effective IT support. In this role the candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing plant requests. This individual will facilitate IT Admin team meetings to set priorities, coordinate work between facilities, and review project progress. The IT Administrative Supervisor will also be responsible for support of their assigned facility. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Assign and monitor IT related administrative work.
  • Coordinate a wide range of services to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
  • Review site coverage for IT administrative employees to cover critical functions such as facility support, telephones, email.
  • Recruit and screen candidates for IT administrative positions.
  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This position is open in Blair, NE ; Cedar Rapids, IA; Eddyville, IA; Dayton, OH; Hammond, IN and Wahpeton, ND.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience effectively balancing local needs and corporate requirements, prior experience working with information systems and technology, manufacturing OT experience with process control technology.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
